How the coaching
works
Timeline Coaching (3 Sessions)
In Session 1, we look at your present: where you currently stand, what is holding you back and what truly matters right now.
In Session 2, we explore your past: identifying patterns, decisions and experiences that have shaped your current situation and clarifying what is still relevant today.
In Session 3, we turn toward the future, developing a realistic and actionable plan for your next steps, including clear priorities and decisions.
