The story of Ruth Deutsch is the story of a woman who, through migration, adversity and profound cultural encounter, found a new path and a new way of becoming herself.

Born in Vienna in 1920, Ruth experienced extreme adversity at a very young age. Before turning 20, faced with the persecution of Jewish people, she and her family were forced to leave Vienna and seek refuge in Mexico.
