Who I am
Yoga instructor | Sound&Voice Healer
My yoga path began in 2018 in India, where I completed my training and deepened my knowledge in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yin yoga. During my time in India, I also immersed myself in the art of Reiki and sound healing playing Tibetan bowls and gongs.
I traveled across Asia, teaching yoga and gaining experience with different approaches to body and soul healing. Upon returning to Slovakia, I continued teaching in various yoga studios in Bratislava and pursued further gong training with the renowned master Don Conreaux.
Today, I live in Vienna, where motherhood has led me to an even deeper understanding of devotion, connection, and service to those around me. My work has naturally evolved toward sound healing and intuitive singing, which I incorporate into my sessions. Alongside Tibetan and crystal bowls, I also play the shamanic drum, duochord, and other vibrational instruments that support the healing process.
